Sounds like

This sounds like something one might hear in an old Super Nintendo game. It reminds me of many years of playing Yoshi's Island. Great work! I love the lead, and the bass is awesome, but at 0:20 it changes just enough to sound a little weird... The rest is perfect though. Keep up the awesome work!

0:20 is odd man. Thanks for enjoying. I think this will need 0:20 omitted and put into a song of its own. Hey, Yoshi's Island was an odd game but was awesome, another reason Nintendo is just too good. But ya I get that kind of nostalgia in Mario and such, which was always confusing - happy music but you are trying not to die.... odd combo - killing someone to circus music odd

The percussion needs some work. It definitely sounds like you're just playing random sounds at the beginning, and throughout the rest of the song, it just sounds so basic. I'd advise losing the whistle, as it doesn't fit at all. And it should have more of it's own beat, instead of just following the rest of the other instruments.

As far as the rest goes, it's all way too repetitive. All I'm hearing is the same rhythm over and over and over, with the same chords. You need to add more of a melody, and not just add more instruments.

Sounds nice

Very catchy and fun to listen to. One thing to look out for though is around 0:36, the kick comes in kinda hard. It overpowers the rest of the music. Not a bad track though. Keep it up!

Well

It's not horrible... The problem is that the lead is a little too jumpy. Like it's just random. And at 1:25 the bass comes into strong.

Drums

The only thing really holding this track's score back is the drums, or lack there of. If you could get some drums beating in the back ground, this song would be a lot better. They quality's not too bad (I've heard much worse).

Maybe after the drums, you could try adding vocals. Great work though!

Couldn't play them anyway, but I'll try to learn.

Me doing vocals is out of the question. Just as soon as I can get into a band.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the panning you used in the beginning, but the rest is really nice. I like the sound of the snare, like it's reversed. The song picks up real nice at about 0:58, and it becomes really enjoyable. Great tune!

Sweet

I love the bass line, as it compliments the rest of the song. The drums fit nicely too. I wish it was longer though. The lead is a little weird, but not bad. Great work!

I notice

That people really focus on the vocals on most songs. People want to hear the perfect singer. Your voice is fine here and don't listen to what anyone says about it killing the song. This song is great and should be treated as such.

The guitar is nice too. I've always been a sucker for the acoustic :)

I don't usually listen to this kind of music, so I can't give too good of criticism about it, but I have to say I really like it. The vocals caught me off guard. Your author commets made it sound like they were gonna suck, but on the contrary, they were very refreshing. Not to mention the lyrics are great!

The guitar is sweet too. It's what grabbed my attention and got me into the song. I have to give you a 10 on this. This song is just too cool to get anything lower.
